Walk in from 6:00 pm with time to settle in. We’ll begin at 6:15 pm with a very gentle, calming yoga flow, accessible to all bodies (45min), followed by guided reflective writing (30min).
The theme is gratitude—reflecting on the year that has passed and looking ahead to the one to come. We’ll slowly wrap up and finish by 8:00 pm.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat
- Comfortable clothes
- Water or tea
- A notebook and pen
No prior yoga or writing experience needed.
