This guided experience with a BIPOC somatic psychotherapist, ayurvedic expert, & yoga instructor blends gentle, trauma-informed yoga with a mindful nature walk to help you reconnect with yourself, the natural world, and the community.

• Meet & Begin with Gentle Movement (30 min)Gather at Allen Pond, where you’ll be guided through slow yoga and breathwork to settle into your body.
