We’re coming together for an evening of gentle yoga and guided meditation—all in support of a great cause. Whether you’re looking to unwind, reset, or simply take a deep breath, this class is here to hold space for you.
We’ll start with a slow, mindful yoga flow to help you release tension and reconnect with your body, then ease into a calming meditation designed to guide you inward with compassion and curiosity.
It’s open to all levels—no yoga or meditation experience needed. Just come as you are, bring an open heart, and take some time for you. 💫
