Take care of both your body and mind in this slow paced series to help you develop strength in all major muscle groups, while reducing stress and relaxing the nervous system. In this 3 week series, you will:- Strengthen the arms, legs, & core through resistance band exercises
- Increase balance and flexibility through gentle yoga
- Relax the mind through breathwork and meditation
No yoga experience is required, beginners and all caretakers are welcome (moms, dads, empty nesters, & more!).
Bio: Erin Schuster has been leading classes, workshops, and retreats since 2012 while also assisting the Kripalu Teacher Trainings. Erin is a mother to two boys Leo and Jack, it is her mission to offer transformative experiences to all levels in a supportive environment that inspires connection, compassion, and joy.
