We will discuss tips and techniques for remembering and interpreting dreams, and you will learn how to maximize the insights your dreams offer.
Experience the wonder of a modern Dream Helpers Ceremony, a ritual that can be found in various cultures and traditions throughout history, where collective dreaming is a powerful tool for cultivating community and bringing forth wisdom and guidance from "The Great Beyond."
The workshop will conclude with a soothing practice of gentle yoga, designed to rejuvenate your body, calm the mind, and prepare you for a restful nights sleep. You will learn breathwork and poses that can be used as part of a relaxing bedtime ritual for yourself or shared with a loved one.
To create an intimate atmosphere and allow ample time for group discussion, space is limited to 9 participants. This is a TWO-part workshop Saturday, October 24th & November 01st
Whether you are a savvy dream worker or this is totally new territory for you, all are welcome! You don’t need to remember your dreams to participate - simply bring your curiosity and have an open mind to the possibilities!
