Gift yourself some extra love with gentle yoga, soothing sounds and supportive community! This 90-minute workshop is a special version of Amanda’s Wednesday afternoon sessions at Yogamour. During this workshop, we’ll lean into self-love through mindful inspiration, gentle movement and an extended sound bath experience! Our workshop will begin with a grounding sound meditation, inviting an atmosphere of inward awareness. We’ll move through gentle yoga movements to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Our practice will conclude in a state of supportive rest, followed with an extended sound bath experience.
The tones and vibrations of English horn, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other resonant instruments create an immersive soundscape for relaxation. A mindfully crafted sound bath is not only calming, the experience can help recalibrate subtle energy and help heal body and mind. This workshop is a wonderful way to deepen your connection to yourself and others through self-care.
This event is suitable for participants who are able to transition to and from the floor and who enjoy a low-intensity, slow-paced yoga practice.
