Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath Sessions at the Civic CenterNew Class! June 13th, July 18th & August 29th, 2025
About the Event
Details: Soak in rest and relaxation with 15 minutes of gentle all levels yoga a 60 minute sound healing bath led by Michelle Pugh with 7 crystal sound healing bowls used for balancing each energy center along with chimes, brass bowls and other sound healing tools. The class ends with guided Yoga Nidra meditation to ease our way into the evening with restoration. The class can be done in a chair, seated or lying down. The class is 75 minutes total and is open to all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!
Cost: $35.00 per person for the class. 9 people per session pre registered to hold each class. Drop-ins are welcome after 9 people have pre-registered.
