A series of 3 classes with a very simple guided Restorative yoga sequence that culminates in a fully supported gentle SOUND BATH with 432Hz crystal tones singing bowls, various chimes and other elements of sound, plus Sandhi's Sanskrit chanting.
This practice is intended for you who crave a simple 60 minute reset on Monday night that welcomes a clarity to your being and invites everything to flow freer, softer, easier.
Through hearing and feeling these vibrations of sound, you are invited to receive deep states of rest, stillness, and connection. Effortlessly unfurl into this special opportunity for uncovering awarenesses within and without.

Suitable for beginners, no previous study is necessary to participate.
All props are provided. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own props (i.e. mat, extra blanket, pillow) for comfort. ✨
