Join Rosalba, certified yoga instructor, for Gentle Yoga Sundays 11:30-12:30pm.This class is for all levels of yogis.
The focus will be on strengthening & stretching the body, as well as calming the mind. This hour of self-care will be just what you need to renew and rejuvenate from the stresses of life.
