Join us at the Bothan Collective, 33 Bath Rd., Brunswick, for a gentle morning flow. Kelly Merrill, of Sacred Tide, has been invited to teach by owner, Kerry Watterson.
This will be an all levels class. Dress comfy, bring some water, and your own mat if you have one. We will have extra mats for those who need.
This class is limited to 8 students. Please reserve your spot in advance. Given that this our first class in this space, we have set a low limit to see how it feels.
We will move through some breathwork, gentle movement, and wrap up with some rest in Savasana.
Kelly is a 500 RYT that has been teaching for almost a decade. She has a background in Yin, Restorative, and Advanced Breathwork. She strives to create a warm and welcoming space for anyone to experience Yoga, especially those who are new!!
