If event is sold out, class dates will not be listed. However, walk-ins are welcome if space is available. There is no waitlist. The classes at the Pride Center will offer a 1 hour guided yoga flow for all levels. You are invited to join yoga at your pace, to delve into self care and provide yourself with a path for your body, mind and spirit connection.
We have a limited number of mats available onsite so if you have your own, please bring it.
Bring a towel and plenty of water or sports drink to stay hydrated in the class.
Classes are free and donations to the instructor will be accepted at the event but are not required.
