This class offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore your energy. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you will be guided into a deeper sense of ease and balance. No prior yoga experience is needed—each practice is adapted to meet you where you are.
Guided by Cynthia Galloway
Cynthia is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with over 1,000 hours of advanced training. Her teaching combines posture, breathwork, meditation, & mindfulness to cultivate self-awareness, enhance function, & support healing. With nearly 35 years of experience in healthcare as both a Registered Psychotherapist & Registered Dietitian, Cynthia brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work.
