In this workshop you will have the time & space to deepen your connection to your body & breath, learning how to consciously relax & let go of stress.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time.
The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments..with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga.
The session will end with Meditation & Guided Relaxation, helping you to restore a sense of balance & calm.
