Join me for an hour long class that pairs a mindful yoga practice with the healing qualities of nature in a beautiful orchard setting. During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and your surroundings.
Pairing aspects of hatha and gentle vinyasa yoga, you’ll focus on developing conscious body and breath connection throughout your practice by both flowing gently through asana sequences and exploring static poses through nuanced movements. We’ll explore moments of mindfulness, taking advantage of the sights, sounds, and sensations the orchard has to offer.
