About Your Instructor:
Nola Bloom, a long-term Koh Phangan resident, practiced Mysore Ashtanga yoga almost a decade.
Over time, her personal practice started to slow down, as did the way she shares Vinyasa yoga. With 15 years of teaching experience, Nola now offers a gentle approach to Vinyasa, focusing on breath, alignment, and creating a mindful pace that invites deep connection with the self.
