About this Event
Designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate, this class combines slow, mindful movements with supported restorative poses to release tension and calm the mind. Perfect for all levels, you'll experience deep relaxation and gentle stretching, promoting flexibility, balance, and inner peace. This class offers a serene space to reconnect with your body and breath. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. Yoga will be followed by casual community tea time/happy hour in our cozy backyard studio.
Please be on time and park in the street or in the driveway, studio is in detached garage behind house.
Class fee of $15* — a portion of which will be donated to the nonprofit RPAW Animal Wellness Center, a non-profit 501(c)3 veterinary clinic focused on providing discounted services for animal rescue organizations and shelters: https://rpawwellness.com/
