Join us on Giving Day- A Global Generosity Movement!Looking for a little relaxing evening yoga? Pop on over to Blue Sky Yoga on Tuesday, 12/3, and join Sally on Giving Tuesday as she will be guiding a gentle restorative 40 min. practice ending with a 20 min. Nidra.
Proceeds will go toward Operation SPOT and their efforts to care for and save the community cats of the St. Louis metro area. OpSPOT provides low-cost and free spaying and neutering services to the dogs and cats of families in the St. Louis and metro east community, along with public information on responsible pet guardianship.
