𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝑵ā𝒅𝒂 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒂?
Nāda yoga is an ancient Indian metaphysical system that is based on the premise that the entire cosmos and everything in it (including humans) consist of sound vibrations, or nadas. It is also known as the yoga of sound.
In Nāda yoga, silent vibrations of the self (anhata) and sound and music (ahata) carry a spiritual weight more meaningful than what sensory properties normally provide. Nāda yoga's use of vibrations and resonances are also used to relieve symptoms of various problematic psychological and spiritual conditions. It is also used to raise the level of awareness of the chakra energy centers.
In this session, you will learn how to open your heart and express your own unique voice. You may be astonished at the results!
