About this Event
Are you tired of the "all-or-nothing" cycle of dieting? Most of us have been taught that "being healthy" means following strict rules, ignoring our cravings, and fighting against our own bodies. But what if there was a way to nourish yourself that felt peaceful, sustainable, and—dare I say—joyful?
Join Amber Hanson, Licensed Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, for a 3-hour immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and discover the ease of Gentle Nutrition.
During this workshop, we will:
- Unmask the Barriers: We’ll identify the external noise, aka diet culture, and internal hurdles like emotional eating that keep you from feeling confident in your food choices.
- Tune Back In: Learn the science of interoceptive awareness—the art of listening to your body’s unique signals for hunger, fullness, and satisfaction.
- Build a Flexible Framework: Explore the pillars of variety, balance, and adequacy so you can fuel your life without a rigid meal plan.
- Reflect & Reset: Through guided journaling and group discussion, you’ll begin to rewrite your personal food story.
