Welcome to Gentle Nude Yoga!
Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as we practice yoga in the nude. This event is all about embracing your body and finding peace within yourself. Our instructor will guide you through gentle poses and stretches designed to help you connect with your body and mind.

This class is open to all genders. No experience with yoga or nudity is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something new. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need. Plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start time - doors will be locked once the class starts.
