About Noa
Noa brings over thirty years’ experience working with groups of all ages, focused on nature, art, observing, listening, bridge-making, meditation, and ways to live a more fulfilling life. Forest (nature) bathing has given a name to a state of being she has practiced daily since she can remember herself. In these sessions, Noa invites you to notice the endless wonders that are hidden from the occupied mind and connect with our better parts.
Like in a bath, nature soothes and refreshes us and can amplify that by connecting us, dissolving stress and "burden-self".

Please arrive 10 minutes earlier, so we can start on time. Each session is 2 hours long, though sometimes it extends a little longer.
Because this event involves a walk outdoors, every participant needs to sign a waiver form that declares they understand the risks of such activity and take full responsibility for their health throghout. The form will be provided and collected before the activity starts.
Our nature bathing will proceed during gentle rain, cold, hot, or windy days, unless conditions are forecasted to be hazardous. You will be contacted at least 3 hours before the activity in case of cancellation. Please check the rain date below.
Dress for the weather! Consider bringing water, a hat, sunscreen, and bug repellent.
