What is Chair-based exercise?A gentle movement and dance class using the chair either seated or standing. The class is at Louth Town Hall on a Thursday 11:45-12:30. £5 pay as you go.
Should you need Disabled Access and use of lift, please use the carpark entrance which is located at the rear of the Town Hall (blue door.)
