About this Event
Welcome to Gentle Meditative Yoga with Sarah! Join us for a relaxing session of yoga to unwind and rejuvenate your mind and body. This Online Event will take place via zoom. Sarah will guide you through gentle poses and breathing exercises to help you find peace and calmness within. No experience is necessary, just bring your mat and an open mind. An Online-Zoom Invite will be sent to you for easy access. Come and experience the benefits of yoga with us!
*Registration for classes ends 48 hours before the start date to give Yogis time to prepare for the number of students.
*If only 1 person registers for a class, you may be placed into a class with more attendance (mutually compatible with your schedule). Your Instructor will notify you if this is the case.
*If this is an online class, you will receive a zoom link invite after registration.
