Step into a softly lit, welcoming space where the pace slows the moment you arrive.
This evening is an invitation to set the day down, to settle onto your mat, exhale, and let your nervous system unwind in the calm, grounded energy of Give Rise Studio.
As gentle music fills the room, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation and slow, supportive breathwork designed to help your body feel safe enough to relax. When the nervous system softens, the mind naturally quiets, muscles release, and the body shifts out of “go mode” and into a state of ease and presence.
Reiki energy will be offered throughout the experience, supporting balance and helping your body receive rest on a deeper level, not just mentally, but physically and energetically.
This is a gentle practice. There is no forcing, no intense breathing, and no prior experience needed. Simply rest, breathe, and allow yourself to be held by the space.
You’ll leave feeling:
• Grounded and settled
• Lighter in your body and mind
• Calm, centered, and restored
• Gently reconnected to yourself
What to bring:
Please bring a water bottl, yoga mat or something comfy to lie on, along with a small pillow or blanket to help you settle in. You may also enjoy an eye mask, new ones will be available. (A limited number of mats and blankets are available if needed.)

This experience is designed to be slow, gentle, and supportive, no prior experience is needed. There is no intense breathing, no pressure to “do it right,” and nothing you need to achieve.
You’ll be lying down comfortably as you’re softly guided with music, breath, and relaxation cues. If at any point you prefer to rest, simply resting is perfect. Reiki is offered energetically and can be received in whatever way feels right for you.
Many first-timers share that they leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and deeply cared for, even if they weren’t sure what to expect.

GETTING TO THE STUDIO & PARKING

South Carroll Street, 101. We are located next to the Barber shop close to the corner of South Street.We have street parking, a parking lot and a parking garage located at 125 E All Saints St, Frederick, MD 21701 just a block away. Our parking lot is for the entire building and is open to use on the weekends and after 5pm M-F. You can enter through the front or back door depending on where you park.
