Gentle yoga with sound bath - this class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a more gentle practice, incorporating simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, breath work, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. The sound bath will be during an extended savasana and last for about 15 minutes. No experience required. Please bring a mat and dress comfortably.Sarah’s love for Yoga developed in college when she wasn’t involved in gymnastics anymore, but still desired to work on flexibility, strength, and get inverted. With her physical therapy background and passion for whole body well-being, her classes emphasize breath with movement, correct alignment, strengthening and elongating the spine, and muscular anatomy of the body. She provides adaptations for her students so that everyone can enjoy her class and get exactly what they need in their bodies.
