💫Unwind, reset and recharge with a two hour yoga and soundbath workshop💫We will start with an intentional slow paced yoga practice to allow your body the opportunity to stretch, release tension and connect to your breath. Then settling into stillness with a meditative sound bath.
The soundbath will take you on a journey where you will experience the healing frequencies as your body is brought back into tune of health and well-being. Our bodies have the ability to soak up and harmonise with different sound vibrations and in sound therapy different instruments are used such as gong, tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls etc calming the nervous system and bringing it into alignment. Sound healing has proven many benefits of boosting your immune system, finding balance and peace.
Whether you’re new to yoga and sound healing or not this workshop is for anyone seeking time for themselves to be present, to relax and to simply receive.
Spaces are limited so be sure to reserve your spot. Please bring your own pillow, blanket, eye mask.
