Your Our Saturday Gentle Yoga Flow classes combine movement, breath work, and meditation to connect with your senses, master yourself, and awaken to your full potential, restoring your mind and body while improving strength and flexibility.
We will stimulate the immune, nervous, and glandular systems, helping to bring you back into true harmony. Led by our resident Yoginis, Laura, Maggie, or Arzu, in these classes you will experience techniques for self-development to generate profound and lasting connection and relaxation. Complimentary valet parking is available to all attendees.
