A moderate intensity aerobics class. Certified Instructor: Paula Pacini. 8 weeks: September 15, 22, 29 October 13, 20, 27 November 10, 17 (skipping October 6 and November 3)
Mondays at 5:15 PM; Each class is 50-60 minutes
Bring light weights if you have them and bring your own water.

Cost (for the whole 8-week series): $20 for ENA members. $30 for non-members includes registration and individual lifetime membership.
