Do something for yourself as you recommit to self-care in the new year! Join Catherine Walker and Leanne Molnar for a gentle candlelit flow, designed to harmonize the body and mind. The evening will begin with a 50 minute gentle, restorative flow that will promote deep stretching and relaxation in a cozy room. This practice encourages introspection, allowing you to connect with your inner self as you release tension and cultivate stillness. Following the yoga session, immerse yourself in a 30 minute soothing sound bath experience. The resonant sounds of singing bowls and chimes will envelop you, guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation and mindfulness. The vibrations will help to cleanse your energy and foster a sense of peace. Tea will be served after class to keep you warm as you head home for the night.
What to bring: Dress comfortably in loose, layered clothing. We have all the things you need to be comfy, but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket/ pillow and anything else you need to feel comfortable! We will have hot water and tea for you to enjoy before you head home for the night. If you would like to, bring a mug as well.
