Gentle Belly Yoga

Hey Mamas come join us for a beautiful community experience at the George F. Canyon Nature Center on Tuesday morning 11AM. This in-person event is perfect for mothers, for grandmothers, for aunties, for pregnant women, for baby fathers, for women dealing with womb trauma, for those who are greiving their angels, and for everyone else in between. We will start off with a short meditation, maybe some breathwork and then I will create a special flow based off the emotional and physical needs of participants.

This yin practice offers gentle and restorative poses and deep belly breathing exercises. Please be mindful of the children you bring to the practice and how they might effect the energy of the circle. I encourage parents of young children to bring a supportive partner to walk off and explore the nature of the park if necessary.
