Are you an all-natural pregnant mama and looking for a community of holistic-minded women and healers to support you on your pregnancy journey?
You are invited to join us for the first Gentle Beginnings! This retreat is unlike any other because it's all about you and your baby. ALL DAY! It's all about being pampered as you learn tools and techniques to support your mind, body, and spirit throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
You will have opportunities to enjoy prenatal yoga, learn HypnoBirthing breathing techniques, engage in hands-on nutrition workshops, luxuriate in a sound bath meditation, relax in the beauty of the mountains, nourish yourself with 3 meals, and walk away with a care-package full of gifts!
We have also invited guest healers to offer discounted sessions available to book throughout the day!
