In beginners classes, you will enjoy a good stretch and learn various postures which will build up to a Blissful Yoga Flow. Classes also include breath work and a meditation practice.
Thursdays, 9.30-10.30
Bring along your mat and any other equipment you may need such as blocks and a strap.
