Gentle Beginner Yoga with Tami Burke starts Monday, Oct. 30th at 9:30 AM in our foyer. This yoga class is a good class for beginners or continuing students who like a gentle approach. You are encouraged to move at the pace that works best for you, slowing down or challenging yourself more. We’ll focus on alignment, balance and breath with plenty of time for modification and integration. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothes, bring your own mat and favorite props.
