** This class isn’t designed for pregnancy, so we recommend checking out a dedicated prenatal yoga class instead. Those are better suited to support you and your baby safely.**
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or cushion if you’d like extra support during seated or relaxation poses. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Blocks are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you have them.
