This workshop will include an educational lesson on what fermentation is and the benefits of fermented foods. Fermentation experts, Yoko Maeda Lamn and Takako Nakamura, will lead a hands-on cooking demonstration where they will teach you simple and tasty dishes to make at home. Attendees will then have the opportunity to connect with others while enjoying a specially curated, 4-course meal prepared by the guest presenters.
This workshop has a limited number of tickets per session, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis until
Friday, February 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., or when capacity is reached.
