Join us for an incredible five course, prix-fixe meal at our Winter Chef Dinner on Monday, January 13th. Each course will be lead by a different line-cook, cooking what they're passionate about and excited to share with you. This is a completely unique dinner where we've walked through the planning process with each cook to teach everything from recipe development, scaling recipes, creating order and preparation sheets, to the actual cooking techniques. The cooks are excited with what they've learned and prepared, and can't wait to share their passion with you!Optional wine pairing will be available, in addition to many non-alcohol cocktail options.
The bar opens at 5:45 pm and dinner will begin promptly at 6:30. Space is limited and reservations are required. Price is for tasting menu only; tax, gratuity, and drinks not included.
