We’re holding the fun run/walk in-person this year! Walk or run with us on Saturday, August 7 on a course mapped out at Cornerstone Church. Fun run/walk start times are 10am-Noon, Saturday, August 7. You get to start when you want. This is not a timed event, instead a fun, family event which will allow you to learn about the work of Genesis Waters along the route. The event will wrap up about 1pm. If you prefer a virtual option, walk or run it anytime that weekend (August 6-8) that works for you, and map out your own 6K path.Race packet pickup will be on Friday, August 6 between 7:00-8:00 PM or Saturday, August 7 between 9:00-10:00AM at Cornerstone Church, 1675 84th Street SE, Caledonia MI 49316.
We are encouraging you to form a team or do it as an entire family! We will be providing you with a jug of water at race packet pickup day. Your team is then being asked to somehow get this one jug of water the entire 6 kilometers.
We’ll also be having a fun water-themed carnival at the end of the course! We will have games, music, a dunk tank, food trucks, and even goats for petting! Genesis Waters will collect a small donation for the games and dunk tank. Food trucks will be charging their own fees and receiving all the proceeds.
