Event Schedule
Saturday September 20th, 2025 (George Rogers Clark Park)
8:00am- packet pick up opens
8:45am - Packet pick up and online registration closes
8:45am - Presentation begins
9:00am - Race begins
10:00am - Awards begin
Registration
$35 - through July 15th (includes shirt)
$40 – July 16th through September 10th (includes shirts)
$45 – September 11th through race day (shirt not included)
Included with Registration:
All registered participants will receive:
Event T-shirt (if registered by September 1oth)
Timed Event
Official runner’s bib
Lite snack at the finish line
Bottled water
Race Awards
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be given in the following age groups:
Ages 12 and under
Ages 13 – 19
Ages 20 – 29
Ages 30 – 39
Ages 40 – 49
Ages 50 – 59
Ages 60 and over
Post Race
Snacks, fruit, and water will be available after the race.

Results will be posted here when you finish.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the timing company, race organizers, public safety officials, or anyone else in charge, we reserve the right to reschedule the event date, if possible, cancel the race, or convert this to a virtual 5K race. There will be no refunds and race items will not be mailed.
Transfer Policy
If you find that you can no longer participate in this event, transfers to another participant will be permitted through August 20th.
