This event will be 100% IN PERSON, located in Lancaster Pennsylvania, and is designed for the person who believes strongly that leaving an inheritance to your children and grandchildren is part of your destiny.
Many people think of an inheritance only as the money left to their heirs.
But the more I get to know the wealthy families stewarding generational wealth, the more I see that they are just as interested in the CHARACTER inheritance they are leaving as they are in the FINANCIAL inheritance they are leaving.
Character or Finances?
So which one is more important, character or finances?
Perhaps a more important question is, "Why would you only choose one?"
Legacy
Legacy is what you get when you bring Character and Finances together.
And what I am not sure most people recognize yet, is that character and finances are an accelerator for each other!!!
The greater your character, the more people will trust you in business and the more resources God can entrust to your stewardship.
The greater your financal capacity, the more you can use those resources to impact the world and make it a better place.
This is how we are to live! Always growing in our character and our financial capacity, and as each feeds the other, the synergy unlocks greater abundance in both areas.
Where are the Models?
If you have a heart to pass on high character and great financial resources, it is likely that you struggle to find many real life models to follow.
Examples of true generational wealth stewards are few and far between, and yet how can we expect ourselves to fulfill our highest potential unless we are learning from those who have achieved this?
Personally, my greatest fear is not failing ... but getting to the end of my life and finding out there was so much more intended for me if I would have just responded differently to the opportunities in my life ...
Intentional Steps
One of my main strategies for making the most of my life is to surround myself with the highest caliber people I can.
Those who have achieved what I hope to achieve.
At the top of this list are those who have sustained success in multiple areas for decade after decade, and have passed that on from generation to generation.
