The Generation Pound program is designed for families with children aged 7–12.Parents participate with their kids — no drop-offs.
Enjoy quality family time while getting active, having fun, and making memories.
Come move, laugh, and play as a family. This kids’ class uses specially licensed music created just for the program — not rock music.
Class Length: 30 minutes
Members: $10 dollars per adult and per child
Non-Members: $15 dollars per adult, 12 dollars per child
This class will be offered in Rockland. We’re starting as a trial to gauge community interest before committing to a full 4-week series — so come show your support.
Registration will take place in person on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the Clarence-Rockland Market from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
