The world is rapidly changing, and with it, the landscape of faith and how we engage with it. A significant part of this shift involves understanding and ministering to Generation Alpha, the generation born between 2010 and 2025.This in-person session is designed to equip church leaders, parents, and grandparents with the knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively connect with and serve this unique generation.
A light dinner will be provided. This training is recommended for pastors, church staff, church volunteers (especially in children's and youth ministry), church leadership teams, parents, and grandparents.

This session will be led by Melissa Gepford in-person at Aldersgate UMC in Lincoln, NE. You will gain an overview of the key characteristics and values of Generation Alpha, discussion on the challenges and opportunities of ministering to this generation, and tips for building authentic relationships and fostering community among Gen Alpha.
