• Mindset and how you could be the bottleneck slowing down your business
• It’s not about you, it’s all about your Client
• Meetings over coffee - it’s not about the coffee. Why the first meeting is the most important and how to create opportunities from day one.

• The one key thing that most people forget to do and how this can lose you business
• The important method that you can use to help clients have confidence in working with you
• How to Ask for the business - key phrases and steps to have closing conversations, that you can feel confident and comfortable using in your business
