8.00-9.00 - tea, coffee, me time in silence
9.00-10.30 - dynamic practice - enter your body
10.30 - 12.00 - brunch
12.00 - 13.00 sharing circle
13.00 - 15.00 - rest / beach
15.00 - 17.00 - afternoon group workshop
17.00 - 18.00 yin yoga/yoga nidra (yoga sleep)/sound bath/film or integration/massage techniques
18.00 - Sunset, dinner outside or free personal time
The Facilitators:
Tatyana Mateva: Hello, I'm Tanya, certified wellness coach (with the New York Institute IIN @nutritionschool), certified yoga teacher, student of ancient Taoist practices (Inner Alchemy, QiGong with Mankat Chia), certified contact improvisation dance teacher, marketing specialist by education and a passionate organizer of transformational retreats around the world. It's a way of living for me to learn new things, pass them back to people and travel and explore different cultures to expand myself. My story began in Bulgaria, went through a university in Dusseldorf, Germany, working in the corporate world in London, and then through the study of the wisdom of the Far East and the rituals and ceremonies of the Indian cultures of Latin America, until I found the center, living back in Europe. I use my experience as well as all the qualifications I have in Western and Eastern practices to help people realize their full potential.
There will be other local facilitators.
The location
Ibiza, Spain - possibly the most magnetic and inspiring place one the old continent. Ibiza has been the spiritual and artistic center of Europe in the last decade or more. An extremely powerful energy portal. It is said to be a remnant of the sunken continent of Atlantis :).
Villa / Hotel or Finca
Our location will be an ESCAPE AMONG NATURE. An oasis of calm for well-being and reconnecting with yourself. Located in server Ibiza and close to many beautiful beaches. We will choose our villa/hotel depending on the size of the group.

4 nights, 5 days in a villa, boutique hotel or finca on the island of Ibiza, Spain.
Daily vegetarian brunch with local and seasonal products
Practices, meditations and water group therapies

The price does NOT include the following:
*Air ticket: about €150 - 200, from any European capital. Sometimes if there isn't a direct flight you can check connection options via Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, Frankfurt or Milan.
*Evenings will be outside in gorgeous restaurants surrounded by nature.

You will receive a detailed program 10 days before the retreat.
Registration takes place with the payment of a 60% non-refundable deposit, with which we will pay for the villa.
*Please see below for the trip cancellation insurance option. The balance must be paid up to one month before the start of the retreat. If the group does not meet your deposit will be returned in full.
