Notice of 2025 General Meeting
Tuesday the 23rd of September at 7.30pm.

This September’s General Meeting will be held at the Roleystone Theatre 587 Brookton Highway, Roleystone.
Our General Meeting in September is a chance for you, our members, to meet with the committee and find out where we are as a club and as a venue.
We will also be discussing our proposed performance season for 2026.
As in previous years there will be a door prize for attendance and a light supper after the meeting so members can catch up. The meeting usually goes for under an hour.

This meeting is open to all members, past and present, and also to everyone in the community.
** Only current financial members and life members will be eligible to vote on any matters. You can renew your membership at the meeting if needed**

This is YOUR community theatre and we need you at these meetings. If we don't have a quorum the meeting cannot go ahead and we will need to reschedule, so please do come along!
We also want to know what you would like your committee to consider for our future, as well as give feedback on your experiences in the new venue.
