This class focuses on the fundamental postures (asanas) which will leave your mind calmer and your body stronger, It is suitable for everybody and beginners are welcome. Taught by Senior teacher, Fiona Sarjeant, the cost is £10 per class. Normally you would book via our website (yogainverness.co.uk) but whilst it is out of action you can pay at class or by PayPal or direct to the teacher’s bank account – IM for details. The class is held upstairs in the Ceilidh Room (above the library).
