This course will provide delegates with an understanding of the requirements and structure of ISO standards. It will help those working with or responsible for ISO systems and certifications to get a better grasp of the standards and how to manage systems.

The course includes key learning around the key background to ISO standards, the structure of ISO standards and what the requirements mean in practice.

Trainer Overview:

Stephanie Singer - Director of Environmental and Technical Services at Quadra Limited with 15 years of experience as an Environmental and Energy Consultant. She provides professional, practical and impartial advice to organisations to enable them to understand the importance of ISO implementation and the best way to manage their systems. Stephanie has successfully implemented and continues to manage many ISO standards for clients including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO 17025. Stephanie has been providing ISO awareness training and internal auditing training for many years in the Construction Industry and has a wealth of experience in this industry.
