The Listening Roomies invite all members to our annual General AssemblyIt's GA time again! As it says in our bylaws: GA before the end of April – and we happily comply!
We'll meet in the basement café in LiteraturHaus (Møllegade 7, 2200 Kbh N) at 4 pm – and noone will stop you if you bring cake.
The agenda is looking a lot like in previous years, because - general assemblies be like that :)

1. Election of meeting chair and secretary.

2. The Board's yearly report.
Bestyrelsens beretning.
3. Presentation and approval of accounts.
Regnskabsaflæggelse og godkendelse.
4. Suggestions from members.

Behandling af indkomne forslag.

Meaning, dear members, please let us know what you think should be happening in this forening!
5. Decision on membership fee (for 2026).
Fastsættelse af kontingent.
6. Election of new board members and substitutes.
Valg af bestyrelsesmedlemmer og suppleanter.
Up for election this year are Christa, Roxy & Dave.
7. Election of auditor + substitute.
Valg af revisor + suppleant.
8. Any other business.

Afterwards, a Listening Room will happen as usual!
