Rather than sticking a swab in your mouth and having a large corporation tell you who you are - we believe in empowering BIPOC community members by sharing the tools needed for properly tracing our lineages.

This event is led by our Elders at Denver's Black Genealogy Search Group and is in collaboration with the Black and Indigenous led nonprofit Voices of the Land where cultural reconnection to Land is our guiding star.
