Gender Affirming Name Change Clinic!As a service to the LGBTQ+ community, the “Kentucky LGBTQ+ Health & Wellness Fair” has organized a “Walk In Name Change Clinic” for Saturday December 7, 2024 from 10AM-4PM.
Volunteer attorneys will be assisting clients with paperwork to obtain a legal name change as part of their social and legal transition. As well as answer any questions you may have.
Attorneys are provided their services this day for free.
