About this Event
This fall, the Generative AI Network presents an engaging series, "The Humanization of AI," set to explore the intriguing balance between AI’s technological advances and the ethical challenges they bring.
The impact on customer experience, patient experience and the global mental health crisis will be monumental. With that said, as with all advancements in AI, there are many questions and concerns.
We will be addressing the opportunities, the challenges, and the new future that awaits us all as AI becomes not only more intelligent, but more empathic and yes, more human-like.
We’re tackling the questions on everyone’s mind:
"What does the humanization of AI mean for enterprises?"
"How can AI that mimics human behavior transform customer service?"
"What risks does human-like AI pose to customers, and how can businesses safeguard against these risks?"
"Can AI truly understand human emotions, and where should we draw the line in its capabilities?"
"What ethical considerations arise from AI that can make autonomous decisions?"
"What does it mean to be human in the age of empathetic AI?"
“What does this all mean for the enterprise, startups, non-profits and government organizations?”
